Raleigh, NC (May 16, 2018) - As I enjoy every moment of this, I would love to share with you my passion, my dreams and my life. My name is Brandy Moss and I am visually creative and enthusiastic about working online.
In the year 2004, is when I had my first experience taking an HTML course and from that time forward I new that I was on to something great. Before I can even remember I have always loved music, poetry, painting, and pretty much anything you can think of that was arts and craft related.
As you all can see, and just for informational purposes this website was put together by me ( before this class even was thought about being taken). I chose colors that represent how I feel because I have a vision as to what I want my life to look like. I am passionate about love and romance but I do understand the heartache that comes along with it. I began to express myself through poetry first and began to see that people like to read them. I started off writing love poetry and then got into persecutive writing. I wanted people to see the world the way that I do, but in a way that would help them to understand me but because I am an introvert I sometimes have a hard time sharing my heart with others. Lately I have been trying to just live my truth more and more and realize what I have control over and what I don't based upon what I believe in. Not to preach a sermon, which I can do lol, I had to come to the point where I realized that I am not in control but just doing my part to change the world. By taking the time to express myself I have shed light or connected with someone, someway, somehow and made a difference in the way that they view the world whether for the better or the worse. I realized that I can not change others minds or control their thoughts but I can make them think. I have the ability to make people think about each word that they say by simply repeating back to them what they have spoken; this usually makes them hear themselves and actually process half of the trash that they say and continuing forward being mindful of how important it is to value each word.
My passion is best described as fire. I have a saying that goes who can beat original. In this online world there are so many people that eat, sleep and breath copy and paste "they" life. When I began to make visuals for my poetry and music I didn't and still don't want to be like all the rest. I want the audience to know that it was me all the way through. I want people to say how did you do that? What inspired you to make that? I want to answer their questions. Why because its the value of my thoughts that they would focus on rather than beauty. Singing a song or writing a poem gets them to listen but making the visuals is what gets them to see what I see and see me without seeing what I see in the mirror. What I mean by that is they don't see my reflection but they see my world. Understanding myself has helped me to understand others. I can express what I am feeling or thinking but also express other perspectives which makes me relatable. To sum it all up, I have a passion to love and to be loved; not because of what is on the outside but what really matters and that is what is on the inside.
